The pneumatic part-turn actuators of the PAG series are suitable for a wide range of applications. The pneumatic actuators have proven their worth for years in a wide variety of industries, such as mechanical engineering, the steel industry or the glass industry. As a common application, the actuators of the PAG series are used as actuators for butterfly valves or shut-off dampers.
The pneumatic actuators are available in both single-acting and double-acting versions for swing angles of 90°, 120° and 180°. Special swivel angles can be provided on request. Fine adjustment of the end positions is possible. Depending on the pilot air pressure, torques of up to 4800Nm at 6bar and double-acting version or 1872Nm at 6bar and single-acting version are possible. The maximum permissible pilot air pressure for the actuators is 10bar.
As a universal, compact industrial version, the pneumatic actuators are approved for use in ambient temperatures of -50°C to +70°C. As a special version, there is the possibility for releases of up to +160°C.
The pneumatic quarter-turn actuators have an internal octagonal shaft as standard. By means of adapters or couplings, it is possible to adapt the actuators according to the specifications. In addition to the standard mounting holes in the actuator, other hole circles can be made possible by using mounting brackets.
A wide variety of options such as different solenoid valves, limit switch boxes, positioners and throttle silencers allow the actuators to be adapted exactly to your needs. Various mounting parts and accessories underline the flexibility of the part-turn actuators.
