The proven actuators of the AN and HAK series have now been extended by the "BL" version. These are characterised in particular by onboard adjustable positioning speeds and torques with high self-holding torques in the de-energised state. Optionally, the positioning speed can be adjusted by means of the plug-on board BLDC-IO via an external setpoint of 0/2-10V or 0/4-20mA.
The new series uses 24V DC as supply voltage. By using brushless BLDC motors, high efficiency values are achieved with a significantly increased service life compared to brushed DC motors. Furthermore, the new drives are characterised by short start and stop times as well as high self-holding torques in the de-energised state. The triggered load disconnection can be queried via a fault signalling contact.
As a universal, compact industrial version, the robust actuators comply with protection class IP65. For higher requirements, the part-turn actuators are approved for protection class IP66 by some modifications.
Finely adjustable adjustment cams allow exact limitation of the desired travel. In addition to the standard stroke lengths of 150mm, 300mm, 500mm, 750mm and 1000mm, intermediate lengths are available on request.
With the HAK-BL series, positioning forces of max. 2500Nm can be represented. The release of a maximum actuating force takes into account the selected stroke length.
Due to their flexibility, the actuators of the HAK series are suitable for a wide range of applications. The actuators have proven themselves for years in a wide variety of industries, such as mechanical engineering, the automotive, steel or glass industries.
A wide variety of options such as additional switches, potentiometers, position indicators and positioners allow the actuators to be manufactured exactly to your needs. Various mounting parts and accessories underline the flexibility of the part-turn actuators.
